You'll create a best-in-class customer experience by consistently delivering clear, efficient, and valuable support to callers. Your key responsibilities will include: * Achieving satisfactory call quality, both behavioral and technical, as measured through call quality reviews * Providing exceptional client service experiences * Logging and tracking both calls and requests while servicing clients * Addressing opportunities to maintain and improve business relationships with clients **What We're Looking For** We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual who can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multi-line call center environment.
