**Experienced Customer Service Assistant – Office Administration and Support**

We're now seeking an experienced Customer Service Assistant to join our team and contribute to our mission of bringing beauty and security to the spaces that touch our lives. **Responsibilities and Duties** As a Customer Service Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication and support across various departments. Your key responsibilities will include: * Reviewing bills of materials and maintaining them in our system to ensure accuracy and efficiency. * Responding to incoming calls from customers and vendors with a high level of professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving skills. * Participating in month-end processing to ensure timely and accurate financial records. * Processing credits and debits with precision and attention to detail. * Maintaining all vendor files and contact information to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration. * Maintaining a system of financial recordkeeping, including issuing receipts and recording payments, to ensure transparency and accountability. * Demonstrating excellent communication skills, including helpfulness and patience, when interacting with vendors, customers, contacts, and fellow employees. * Adhering to established company safety policy and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. * Communicating effectively with Production Supervisors and co-workers to ensure seamless collaboration and support. * Possessing a strong work ethic, with honesty and integrity being essential qualities for this position and our organization. * Performing administrative functions, such as electronic and physical filing, scanning, copying, and organizing documents, as well as creating company documents. * Maintaining electronic documents, including miscellaneous spreadsheets for the office, to ensure accuracy and efficiency. * Entering receivers into our ERP software to ensure timely and accurate inventory management. * Maintaining office supply stock levels and keeping the office supply room organized to ensure a productive and efficient work environment. * Assisting other departments administratively as needed to ensure seamless support and collaboration. * Performing other administrative functions and general duties as required by management staff. **Knowledge, Skills, Abilities** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities: * The ability to read and comprehend basic verbal and written instructions, as well as read and interpret drawings, blueprints, sketches, instructions, and specifications. * A willingness to accept and receive frequent training, supervision, and assistance from positions and supervisory personnel. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with various levels of personnel in various situations and environments. * The ability to work in a team-oriented environment and contribute to a positive and collaborative team dynamic. * The motivation to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges. * The ability to work in a manufacturing and fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm. * Reliable transportation and a punctual and dependable attendance record. * The ability to work overtime as needed, with flexibility and adaptability. * The ability to pass a pre-employment physical examination and drug screen. **Education and Experience** To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess the following education and experience: * A High School Diploma, with an associate degree preferred. * One (1) year of Administrative Assistant experience, with a strong background in customer service and office administration. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products, with advanced Excel skills. * Experience with SharePoint and Salesforce is preferred. * Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills. * Clear and precise communication skills, with the ability to work within a team. * Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is an asset. * The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication skills and customer service skills. **About arenaflex** arenaflex is a leading global designer, manufacturer, and distributor of high-performance interior and exterior doors, windows, and related building products.
