Key Responsibilities Execute patient intervention programs, including medication therapy management, vaccination services, and payer and pharma adherence and clinical programs. Drive pharmacy financial performance by implementing programs to maximize reimbursements while improving patient health outcomes. Foster strong relationships with clinical networks in assigned regions and serve as a liaison and contact for Blithequark. Provide expert advice and guidance to patients, healthcare providers, and insurance plans as needed. Conduct data and clinical reviews to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of prescriptions. Review medication records and patient profiles to ensure safe and effective medication therapy. Provide individualized patient counseling and education. Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve patient care. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and best practices in pharmacy practice. Essential Qualifications Current pharmacist license as granted by the relevant state licensing authority. Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field. Experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably in a clinical or patient-facing role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders. Ability to work in a remote setting with minimal supervision, using time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Experience with electronic health records and pharmacy management systems. Knowledge of pharmacy regulations, laws, and standards, including HIPAA guidelines. Preferred Qualifications Willingness to obtain additional state pharmacy licenses as needed. Knowledge of insurance plans and reimbursement policies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with data analysis and quality improvement initiatives. Certification in a pharmacy-related specialty, such as pharmacotherapy or medication therapy management.
