**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced industry.

* Strong research and analytical skills to effectively resolve customer issues and identify trends or patterns in feedback.
