Our team members are passionate about delivering exceptional service and making a meaningful impact in the lives of our customers. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service and Support Representative, you will be the front line in providing a remarkable experience for our members and providers. You will be responsible for answering all inbound customer support inquiries regarding new and existing member and provider accounts. The overall goal of each experience is to effectively diagnose customer needs to ensure all are addressed, including benefit eligibility and claim status. **Responsibilities** * Effectively communicate with members and providers over the phone and through email to ensure all needs are addressed * Provide extraordinary customer service to build positive rapport on every interaction * Help customers understand their eligibility of benefits and claim status * Assist in Open Enrollment by answering questions and educating members * Manage your time effectively to keep up with the incoming calls from the queue * Accurately document information exchanged during each call * Other duties as assigned **Requirements** * Previous experience in a customer service position, preferably in the healthcare field is a plus * Healthcare experience is a plus * Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays * Clear written and verbal communication * Strong organizational and time-management skills * Exceptional attention-to-detail **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate: $16.50 per hour to start, with opportunities for advancement to $17.00, $17.50, and $18.00 per hour * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, life, vision, and dental insurance * 4% max matching 401K and other financial opportunity options * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Flexible Work from Home schedule, with set hours of 7am to 7pm Monday through Thursday and 7am to 5pm on Fridays **Training and Development** * Classroom training will be provided for all new hires, with a duration of 2-3 weeks * Ongoing training and development opportunities will be available to help you succeed in your role **How to Apply** If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and taking your career to the next level, we want to hear from you!
