Experienced FBS Product Analyst for Customer Retention and Business Growth – Insurance Industry Expertise Required

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced FBS Product Analyst to join our team in México, responsible for obtaining and evaluating data that supports customer retention initiatives. The successful candidate will analyze information using data and support the retention leader in creating monthly retention report outs. Key Responsibilities Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform customer retention strategies Develop and maintain monthly retention reports to track key performance indicators and metrics Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customer retention initiatives Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity Develop and maintain a deep understanding of property and casualty insurance products, including product composition, coverages, and exposures Apply product development and innovation principles to continuously improve and develop new and existing products, technology, or services Coordinate inputs from customers, developers, market, and competitive information to inform product development efforts Develop profitable short and long-term strategies by owning product composition, appetite exposure management, and eligibility refinement Requirements Fluent English skills Minimum required work experience: 3 to 6 years in a related field Bachelor's degree in Analytics or a related field Experience in customer retention processes, preferably in the insurance industry Strong understanding of product development and innovation principles Experience with project management, including agile development processes Intermediate skills in data analytics, customer experience, retention reporting, and communication Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint, with at least 4-6 years of experience Essential Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
