Job Overview The Customer Service and Social Media Specialist role is a critical first point of contact with our customers, setting the tone for how our Med Spa services are experienced. As a Patient Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, managing our social media channels, and building strong relationships with our online community. You will work closely with our leadership team on various projects, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience and that our online presence is aligned with our business objectives. Key Responsibilities Sales and Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via various channels (email, phone, social media) Help customers book or cancel appointments, ensuring a seamless experience Collect customers' feedback from online and offline channels on a daily basis and enter feedback into our database, updating it accordingly Courteously and promptly resolve patient concerns or refer to appropriate personnel, ensuring customer satisfaction Provide accurate information and guidance to customers, addressing their queries and concerns Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members, ensuring timely resolution Perform miscellaneous maintenance duties as required, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency Social Media Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives, ensuring a strong online presence Create engaging content (text, images, videos) to share on social media platforms, captivating our online audience Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, customer inquiries, and industry trends, staying up-to-date with the latest developments Respond to comments and messages on social media in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive interactions with followers Build and maintain a strong online community by engaging with followers, sharing relevant content, and promoting our services Analyze social media metrics to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement, optimizing our social media strategy Essential Qualifications Proven experience in customer service and social media management, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner Must be fluent in English, with strong language skills and attention to detail Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn), with experience in creating and implementing social media strategies Proficiency in social media management tools, with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize campaigns Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with strong organizational and time management skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Passion for building relationships and providing exceptional customer experiences, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction Preferred Qualifications Preferred experience in the health and wellness industry, with knowledge of Med Spa services and operations Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
