**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide fast, friendly service to customers, actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance
* Learn about products using our tools and provide information to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions
* Sell entire projects to customers, using your knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities and close deals
* Maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring they are clean, shop-able, and safe
* Provide a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies and standards, completing specified safety training, and reporting hazards and unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty
* Work in cooperation with Department Supervisors and other associates in your department, as well as other departments
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge

**Essential Qualifications**

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a retail or industry-related environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* Strong product knowledge and the ability to learn quickly about new products and services
