Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries regarding prescription drug coverage, benefits, and mail order medications.
Help individuals understand their coverage options and make informed decisions about their healthcare.
Provide empathetic and effective support to improve the overall healthcare experience.

What we offer:
Fully Remote Position: Work from the comfort of your home in North Carolina.
Competitive Pay: $26-$35 per hour.
Flexible Schedule: Full-time positions available with schedules ranging from 30-40 hours per week (Monday-Saturday, 7:00 AM - 6:30 PM EST).
