Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders and prospective customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our insurance products to customers Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives Stay up-to-date on industry developments, products, and services to provide informed support to customers Benefits and Perks: Competitive hourly rate: $17.00-$20.00 Monthly incentives and bonuses $1,000 sign-on bonus (restrictions apply) Comprehensive benefits package, including: Health insurance Vision insurance Dental insurance 401(k) plan Paid time off, including holidays, vacation days, and sick days Opportunities for advancement and professional growth Dynamic and supportive work environment Qualifications: Must be 18 years old Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus!
