Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong customer service orientation, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease. The following qualifications are essential for this position: Essential Qualifications: At least 6 months of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field. High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to type 20 words per minute and navigate computer systems with ease.
