[Remote] Vendor Consultant, Spanish, AVS-NOP

The role involves engaging with internal teams to enhance vendor performance and customer experience on Amazon's platform. Responsibilities • Success will be measured by the performance of your internal teams on input metrics and impact of vendors on creating a great customer experience. • Partnering with Retail (AVS) Team to manage vendor relationship by championing the vendor’s needs at Amazon. • Build communication channels at all levels, set proper expectations, provide clear status communications, and manage towards a growth plan for the vendors. • Build and execute on a strategic account plan that delivers on key business opportunities and relevant KPIs for the vendors and Amazon. • Work with internal Amazon teams/vendors to improve operational aspects of their business in providing a great consumer experience. • Conduct deep analysis on the handled issues for the vendors and develop recommendations and action plans based on data to improve vendor experience. • Provide thought leadership around planning, roadmaps and execution. • Establish long term partnerships with key vendor partners for the group of vendors handled. • Support the launches of new programs and features. • Conduct regular WBR, MBRs with the vendors highlight business metric performance and building action plans. • Metric influencing (ability to understand a metric and create realistic forecasts. Take calculated risks, and quick to react with new action plans) Skills • B2 Certification minimum (Spanish) • 2+ years of experience in vendor/account/catalog management, buying/sourcing/sales, product management, supply chain • 2+ years of experience interacting with customers/stakeholders • 1+ years of program or project management experience • Experience using data to influence business decisions • Knowledge of advanced Excel (Array and Statistical formulas) • Excellent business communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Fast learner and ability to deal with ambiguity • Knowledge of macros and data analytics • Ability to drive process or procedure improvements • Knowledge of tools such as Sharepoint, SIM-ticketing and project management tools as well as experience using scripts.
