In this critical role, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, resolving their issues, and providing timely updates and support. Key Responsibilities

Interact with customers by answering phone calls promptly and responding to emails in a timely manner, ensuring that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed efficiently and effectively.
Log detailed notes into our company software as they are completed, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
Make daily inbound and outbound calls to customers, providing updates, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide customers with updates when needed, ensuring that they are informed and aware of the progress and status of their issues or requests.
Update and maintain electronic customer records, including contact details, issues, and resolutions, to ensure that all customer information is accurate and current.
Update billing information as required, ensuring that all customer accounts are up-to-date and accurate.
Analyze progress and set goals to improve customer satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
Participate in regular staff meetings, trainings, and report on any customer issues or concerns, contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of our customer service team.
Assist team members when needed, providing support and guidance to ensure that all customers receive the highest level of service and attention.
Resolve complaints and customer problems in an efficient and friendly manner, using effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to de-escalate issues and ensure customer satisfaction.


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

Ability to work in an office environment (this is not a remote position), with a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices.
Ability to comfortably sit for long periods of time, with a focus on maintaining productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail, with a strong ability to accurately log and maintain customer records and information.
Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills, with a ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a timely and efficient manner.
Computer proficiency, with a strong ability to use software applications and technology to support customer service and case processing activities.
Problem-solving ability, with a focus on analyzing issues, identifying solutions, and implementing effective resolutions.
Ability to resolve conflict and de-escalate customer issues, using effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage and resolve complaints and concerns.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, with a focus on maintaining productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual, with fluency in Spanish and Russian, to support our diverse customer base and provide exceptional service and support.


Preferred Qualifications

Previous customer service experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional support and resolution expertise in a fast-paced environment.
Sales experience, with a strong ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
Bilingual, with fluency in additional languages, to support our diverse customer base and provide exceptional service and support.
