Answer questions and resolve issues from members, providers, and other departments, escalating complex issues to senior staff as needed. Document and track interactions with members, providers, and plan supports, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Guide members through their plan benefits, blithequark procedures, and policies, while being knowledgeable about resources to adapt to changing regulatory requirements. Build strong relationships with members, understanding their needs and advocating on their behalf to ensure their best interests are represented. Proactively identify member needs, anticipating and addressing concerns in a timely and effective manner. Provide members with relevant information to address unasked questions, such as plan details, benefit information, and self-service tools. Understand member opportunities and limitations according to contract, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Essential Qualifications: Four-year certification or equivalent required. Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment, demonstrating ability to be empathetic and patient. Experience working in a production environment, with ability to multitask and meet productivity standards. High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Preferred Qualifications: Ability to perform multiple tasks to accomplish responsibilities efficiently. Familiarity with clinical terminology and ability to understand complex medical concepts. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to remain accurate and composed under pressure. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to make sound decisions.
