Whether you're helping a new chicken keeper troubleshoot a feeder or guiding a bunny parent through water bottle options, you'll be delivering kind, creative, and informed support. You'll also play a hands-on role in shaping the future of our products by sharing customer insights and collaborating with our team. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer customer emails and calls with warmth, clarity, and professionalism * Develop a strong understanding of our product line and how it supports a variety of animal care needs * Provide real-world troubleshooting advice and thoughtful solutions based on customer context * Collaborate with team members across departments to improve customer experience and inform product development * Monitor customer feedback and spot trends that can inspire future innovation * Keep records and customer communication organized using our internal systems and tools * Assist with general admin tasks and lend a hand where needed – you're part of the flock! **Required Qualifications** * Must currently own chickens, as firsthand experience is essential to supporting our customers.
