We believe that our employees are our greatest asset, and we are committed to investing in their growth and development. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Agent – Global Clinical Trials Support, you will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional support to clients from around the world, troubleshooting and resolving end-user issues in our clinical trials software applications * Documenting all call information according to QA and internal standard operating procedures * Monitoring team mailbox emails and documenting according to procedures * Maintaining confidentiality as appropriate at all times * Adhering to departmental procedures for all emergencies **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A college degree and at least one year of applicable experience in a customer service or technical support role * Strong computer experience with Microsoft Office products and familiarity with SharePoint * Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to apply critical thinking and analytical skills to resolve daily issues * Strong written and verbal English communication skills on a professional level, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds * Strong phone skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work remotely within 50 miles of Indianapolis and travel to client site for urgent situations * COVID-19 vaccination restrictions are no longer required to enter facilities according to CDC recommendations for any local or state requirements **Preferred Qualifications** * Bilingual in Spanish, French, and/or Japanese * Experience working in a clinical trials or healthcare industry * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment **Training and Development** As a new hire, you will participate in a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role.
