Remote Primary/Urgent Care Physician (MD/DO)- Telemedicine

Responsibilities
ā¢ Conduct virtual medical consultations with patients via a secure telemedicine platform
ā¢ Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions across the lifespan
ā¢ Prescribe medications and order appropriate laboratory tests or diagnostic studies when clinically indicated
ā¢ Provide patient education, counseling, and evidence-based guidance on treatment plans and preventive care
ā¢ Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant electronic medical documentation
ā¢ Collaborate with Clinical Operations and care teams to support continuity of care and deliver an exceptional patient experience
Requirements
ā¢ MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
ā¢ National Board Certification required
ā¢ Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state
ā¢ Minimum two years of post-residency clinical experience preferred
ā¢ Prior telehealth or virtual care experience strongly preferred
ā¢ Multiple active state medical licenses highly desirable
ā¢ Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
ā¢ Comfort with technology and conducting video-based patient encounters
ā¢ Access to a private, professional workspace suitable for confidential patient consultations
