About the Role We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Agent to join our team, working collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skillful and professional way. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional, client-centered resolutions in a timely manner, while developing a sound understanding of our products and services.
