Our commitment to teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning sets us apart in the industry. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a vital role in assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking flights, operating the Jetway, and monitoring computerized passenger boarding. You will also be responsible for guiding and parking aircraft, loading and unloading baggage and cargo, and operating motorized service vehicles and equipment. Your exceptional communication skills, ability to multitask, and passion for delivering outstanding customer service will make you an invaluable asset to our team. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking flights, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience * Monitor computerized passenger boarding, ensuring accurate and timely information * Assist customers with special needs, including arranging for wheelchairs and unaccompanied minors * Change customer flight itinerary and seat assignments as required * Operate the Jetway, loading and unloading baggage and cargo * Operate motorized service vehicles and equipment * Guide and park aircraft, ensuring safe and efficient operations * Perform cabin maintenance tasks, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for passengers * Work together as a team to provide excellent customer service and meet corporate objectives **Job Qualifications and Competencies** * Successful completion of training course * Ability to meet company goals and customer expectations in a high-energy environment * Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with passengers, colleagues, and airline partners * Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask, ensuring efficient operations * Basic knowledge of computer applications and programs, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous airline experience, with a strong understanding of airport operations and customer service * Previous employment as a front-line customer service provider, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service * Basic knowledge of computer applications and programs, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems **Work Environment** * Airport ramp environment, subject to varied weather conditions and elevated noise levels * Use of computers, telephones, and other office equipment * All shifts, including weekends, nights, holidays, and/or irregular shifts * Frequent stooping, bending, kneeling, walking, standing, reaching, lifting, climbing up and down stairs * Handle objects up to 70 pounds regularly * Assist passengers with disabilities, including, but not limited to, pushing wheelchairs **Physical Requirements** * Frequent stooping, bending, kneeling, walking, standing, reaching, lifting, climbing up and down stairs * Handle objects up to 70 pounds regularly * Assist passengers with disabilities, including, but not limited to, pushing wheelchairs **Benefits and Compensation** * Competitive salary, with a starting rate of $16.57/hourly * Performance-based bonuses and relocation packages, subject to company policy and performance metrics * Paid training, holiday pay, 401(k), vacation, and family travel on the American Airlines network * Medical and dental available * Opportunities for career growth and professional development **What We Offer** * A dynamic and supportive work environment, with a team of passionate professionals * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Competitive compensation and benefits package * Performance-based bonuses and relocation packages, subject to company policy and performance metrics * Paid training, holiday pay, 401(k), vacation, and family travel on the American Airlines network * Medical and dental available **How to Apply** If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and working in a dynamic airport environment, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
