Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, while ensuring timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the gate positions. * Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions. * Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion. * Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customer's destination. * Collaborating with other airport staff to ensure smooth airport operations and provide exceptional customer service. **Work Environment and Culture** As a Ramp Agent, you'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires flexibility and adaptability.
