Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels in a timely and professional manner Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty Offer solutions and additional products to customers, enhancing their travel experience with blithequark Collaborate with other teams, such as Reservations and Sales, to ensure seamless customer service Stay up-to-date with blithequark's products, services, and policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge Essential Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and colleagues Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing time efficiently Basic computer skills, with proficiency in navigating electronic applications, emails, and web searches Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Authorized to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications One year of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the airline industry Spanish language proficiency (or other languages) is a plus, as we occasionally open internal bilingual positions Previous experience working in a call center environment is an asset Skills and Competencies To succeed as a Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Basic computer skills and proficiency in navigating electronic applications Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy Career Growth Opportunities At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
