**Job Overview**

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing inbound phone support to financial advisors and their staff, delivering administrative training and guidance on platform usability, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve client requests efficiently. You will also partner with sales consultants to ensure high advisor satisfaction, take ownership of service requests, and provide consistent follow-up. Your primary goal will be to promote a client-first service approach that builds loyalty and growth, while proactively identifying and escalating service concerns to ensure timely resolution.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide inbound phone support to financial advisors and their staff, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Deliver administrative training and guidance on platform usability, ensuring that advisors and their staff are equipped to utilize the platform effectively.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client requests efficiently, communicating with stakeholders to ensure seamless resolution.
* Partner with sales consultants to ensure high advisor satisfaction, working together to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
* Take ownership of service requests, providing consistent follow-up and ensuring timely resolution.
* Promote a client-first service approach that builds loyalty and growth, focusing on delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.
* Proactively identify and escalate service concerns to ensure timely resolution, containing service-related issues and providing clear communication throughout the process.
* Share feedback to help improve platform functionality, providing insights and suggestions for enhancing the user experience.
* Help mitigate risk by setting accurate expectations and offering clear direction, ensuring that advisors and their staff are equipped to manage risk effectively.

**Qualifications and Skills**

* Strong customer service orientation with a desire to help others, demonstrated through previous experience in a customer-facing role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
* High level of integrity and the ability to learn quickly, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
