Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Help customers over the phone, email, and live chat with orders and problem-solving
Work within our computer system to place and research customer orders, as well as document conversations and actions
Pitch in where needed to drive a positive customer experience
Take ownership for your customers, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are resolved
Collaborate with other teams, such as Project Advisors, to provide comprehensive support to customers


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable working with computers and learning new systems. You should be proactive and take a positive approach to problem-solving, with a strong commitment to learning about our processes and products. While experience in a call center or automotive restoration is a plus, it's not necessary – we provide comprehensive training to ensure you have the knowledge and skills needed to excel in this role.
