Job Description Senior Solutions Consultant Are you passionate about helping businesses solve problems with smart technology? Do you enjoy working closely with people and bringing creative solutions to life? We’re looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant to join our team in the North Europe region. In this role, you’ll be a key partner to our sales and product teams, helping connect our software solutions to customer needs. You’ll build trusted relationships with decision-makers and guide them through how our technology can make their work easier and more effective. What you’ll do: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product experts, and customers to understand challenges and design solutions that fit. Act as the main technical/solution contact for our customers, providing clear, helpful information both online and in person. Help customers explore and test our products through trials and proof-of-concept projects. Explain how emerging technologies like AI, automation are shaping customer service and how our solutions support these innovations. Listen carefully to customer requirements, including automation needs, and translate them into clear, effective solutions. Be a confident communicator who can present ideas clearly and listen deeply to what customers need. Manage multiple projects and enjoy working independently while also contributing to a supportive team environment. What we’re looking for: Experience working in a presales or consulting role, ideally for 5+ years. Comfortable discussing how AI, automation, and bots improve customer service processes. Familiar with SaaS (cloud-based software) and basic web technologies — but you don’t need to be a coding expert. Skilled at understanding customer needs and translating them into clear solutions. Strong communication skills — you’re confident in meetings and can write clearly. A curious and creative problem solver who enjoys working on new challenges. Willingness to travel occasionally to meet customers and collaborate with your team. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Advanced degrees are a plus but not required. Nice to have: Experience in industries like customer service, IT management, or data analytics. Previous consulting or software implementation experience. Familiarity with cloud contact center technologies and business process automation. Experience facilitating collaborative workshops or design thinking sessions.
