**Experienced Customer Service Administrator – arenaflex Store**

Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive accurate and timely resolutions to their issues, while also providing a positive and engaging experience. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Providing phone, email, and chat support for customer-facing web and client-server applications * Adhering to established quality standards and procedures * Interfacing with development, quality assurance, business units, and sales groups to troubleshoot issues and ensure complete and expedient resolution of issues * Monitoring the ticket queue for open service requests and making required callbacks to assigned customer tickets * Documenting and resolving cases in SalesForce ticketing system * Escalating cases as necessary for further assistance from Development * Following up with customers to provide resolution to situations * Providing consistently great customer service and dealing tactfully and effectively with customers **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * High school graduate or equivalent * One year of customer support experience, preferably in a call center environment * Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills * Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgment within established policies and guidelines * Previous experience supporting Windows operating systems required * Previous experience supporting Mac operating systems preferred * Previous experience supporting mobile platforms such as iOS and Chrome OS preferred * Strong PC and key entry experience * Attention to detail * Ability to work remotely * Must have a designated work area with limited noise and distraction **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional results * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong analytical and technical skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
