About the Role As a Customer Relations Call Center Agent at blithequark, you'll be the face of our organization, interacting with customers nationwide who call our 1-800-SHOP-CVS line. Your exceptional customer service skills will shine as you assist pharmacy customers in a remote, inbound customer contact center setting. You'll serve as a customer advocate, researching, responding, and interpreting company procedures or policies to delight our valued customers. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and letter in a timely and professional manner. Review and process incoming customer communications, providing clear and concise responses. Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns. Uphold company goals by delivering exceptional customer service through responsiveness, reliability, and professionalism. Articulate program details to customers over the phone and in writing. Utilize strong PC skills to toggle between different applications, including MS Windows-based applications and MS Office. Essential Qualifications A minimum of 1 consecutive year of experience in customer service. Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills. Strong PC skills, including MS Windows-based applications and MS Office proficiency. Flexibility in work schedule and ability to complete paid company training program. Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish (strongly preferred). Prior inbound Call Center experience. Previous experience working from home. Prior retail experience or Pharmacy experience.
