As a Customer Marketing Team Lead, you will play a critical role in driving our marketing efforts and delivering exceptional results. About the Role The Customer Marketing Consulting (CMC) Team Lead is a key position that partners with our Marketing team to develop and execute direct marketing targeting strategies. As a subject matter expert on targeting and eligibility, you will provide recommendations and solutions to help our marketers reach their goals. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring timely, accurate customer list execution and delivery of customer lists for campaign deployment in various marketing channels. You will also work to resolve complex problems, conduct analyses, and identify process improvements that drive efficiency and automation in campaign execution. Key Responsibilities Consult with marketing teams on targeting and eligibility for benefit reinforcement and spend campaigns targeted to Consumer and Commercial customers Research new data elements, review segmentation in mail plans, and meet with risk and analytic partners to help marketers submit requests accurately in our eligibility platforms Review all list request submissions for accuracy, finalize with marketing, and provide clear instructions to list execution team members to code and create files for delivery Provide subject matter expertise to platform transformation teams and participate in testing and campaign migration to new platforms Troubleshoot and research any data anomalies or customer complaints Identify process efficiencies and opportunities to simplify or reduce the number of list requests from marketing to free up capacity Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strategic and logical thinking, as well as an understanding of marketing operations. Experience working with data and marketing platforms like Unica or Redpoint is also essential. You should be highly organized, able to meet deadlines, and have a "can-do" attitude with creative problem-solving skills. Strong relationship and communication skills, with consulting expertise, are also required. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $155,000 annually, plus bonus and benefits.
