**Job Summary**

As a Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing timely and professional support to our customers via live chat. You'll be the face of our organization, resolving customer complaints, addressing concerns, and providing product information to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. **Responsibilities**

As a Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

* Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via live chat
* Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a fair and satisfactory manner
* Providing product information, features, and benefits to customers
* Processing orders, returns, and exchanges as needed
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues
* Documenting customer interactions using our CRM software
* Meeting and exceeding customer service metrics and goals

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* A high school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat environment
