**What You'll Do**
• Act as our members' primary point of contact through telephone, email, and live chat interactions, providing exceptional support and proactive solutions that meet evolving needs.
• Think creatively about ways to strengthen arenaflex's relationship with members, identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience at every step of the journey.
• Guide members in managing their membership, from upselling to troubleshooting and explaining benefits, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
• Share opportunities to improve the Member Experience, collaborating with the team to drive exceptional experiences and continuous improvement.

**Role Requirements**
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer service.
• Open availability and weekends are a must, with flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and holidays.
• Requires completion of airport badging or government screening process, and other applicable associated requirements, including a drug test, ensuring a secure and compliant work environment.
