Following an initial 3 weeks of comprehensive on-site training in Tampa, Florida, you'll enjoy the flexibility of remote work and have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our customers' experiences. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for onboarding new customers, responding to account inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication across various departments. **Key Responsibilities** * Onboard new customers and respond to account inquiries with professionalism and a welcoming demeanor. * Ensure seamless communication across various departments to enhance the overall customer experience. * Address billing inquiries and manage tasks efficiently through our ticketing system. * Exhibit exceptional care and urgency, exemplifying our unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions. * Utilize our ticketing system to track and manage customer inquiries and issues. * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries. **Required Skills** * Strong customer service orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams. * Proficiency in managing billing inquiries and familiarity with ticketing systems. * Bilingual in Spanish is advantageous. * Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information. **Qualifications** * A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. * Prior experience in Fiber/Wireless/Voice Internet Service Provider support is preferred. * High School Diploma or GED is required. * Bachelor's degree in a related field is an asset. **Career Growth Opportunities** This role offers a unique chance for professional growth within a dynamic, customer-centric team that values dedication and innovation.
