We're now seeking a team of Customer Experience Representatives to join us in our new Miami location. As a first point of contact for our players, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service, resolving inquiries efficiently, and maintaining a seamless experience across every interaction. This is a shift-based role that requires flexibility and a sense of ownership. **About The Role** As a Customer Experience Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, providing fast, accurate, and friendly support to our players via email. You'll be the first point of contact for our players, and your role will be critical in ensuring that every interaction is seamless, empathetic, and compliant with internal procedures. **Your Responsibilities** * Provide fast, accurate, and friendly support to our players via email, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable. * Investigate and resolve issues related to accounts, gameplay, transactions, and bonuses, always ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures. * Educate players about available features, promotions, and procedures, empowering them to get the most out of their experience. * Assist with KYC verification processes, ensuring that our players' identities are verified and their accounts are secure. * Identify issues and flag them to relevant departments, ensuring that our players receive the support they need. * Collaborate with teammates and other departments to support service-level targets, working together to deliver exceptional customer experiences. **What We Are Looking For** * Previous experience in customer support, ideally within iGaming, is desirable but not essential. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and are eager to learn and grow with our company. * Tech-savviness is preferred, especially experience with email platforms such as Zendesk, Intercom, and back-office tools. We're a tech-driven company, and we need team members who are comfortable using technology to deliver exceptional customer experiences. * A good understanding of KYC and payment processes and tools would be an advantage, but we're happy to train the right candidate. * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear, concise, and user-friendly manner. You'll be the voice of our brand, and we need team members who can communicate effectively with our players. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing account information, transactions, or verification documents.
