**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Experience & Operations Assistant, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering all incoming calls and providing exceptional customer service to callers by answering questions about services/products and offering basic technical support
* Processing orders and collecting customer information over the phone and updating their online accounts
* Responding to email inquiries in a timely manner
* Providing administrative support, including data entry, report generation, and document preparation
* Processing Excel files/Google Sheets files in accordance with specific weekly, monthly, or quarterly tasks, including generating reports related to course completions, sales, payments received, and licensee data
* Conducting outgoing calls to customers who are missing information from their profiles
* Completing updates to curriculum, including formatting and adding images/audio to slides, reviewing course content for grammatical/spelling errors, and general room for improvement
* Performing light Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable tasks, including emailing invoices, approving check orders, following up on outstanding invoices, and applying checks
* Availability for an occasional Saturday (approx. 1/month) in-person to help facilitate a classroom training (taking attendance and answering questions)
* Additional tasks or projects as identified
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Reliable strong internet connection
* Quiet work environment suitable for talking on the phone with customers
* Functional office setup with a working, up-to-date computer (arenaflex may be able to provide a computer if needed)
* A phone, which can connect directly to your modem/router (phone line not necessary)
* Customer service experience
* Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and Word/Google Docs
* Excellent writing skills
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask

* Excellent phone and people skills, including listening, problem solving, and conflict resolution
* Ability to prioritize projects
