About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team, responsible for delivering valued omnichannel engagement solutions to key stakeholders in a specific geography for our Synvisc and Synvisc One products. As a strategic and customer-centric professional, you will operate in prioritized accounts to increase the number of patients benefiting from our medicine. Your expertise in Key Account Management, local planning, and insight gathering will be essential in driving growth, profitability, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Grow 100-200 key Synvisc accounts through proactive account management, developing pull-through plans, and disseminating promotional materials through various channels.
Manage existing contracts, ensure ordering in line with tier pricing structures, and place customer orders through Specialty Distributor selling platforms.
Prospect new business opportunities, create new customer agreements, and maintain Account Maps and Contact Tools to monitor account performance.
Conduct live C-Suite Meetings when necessary, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance team performance.
Analyze impediments to performance, guide teams towards solutions, and leverage digital and data analytics to drive business growth.
Utilize innovative tools and technology to enhance the learning experience and assist others in adopting new technology solutions.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A minimum of 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience, with a focus on Orthopedics, Medical Surgical, or complex account selling.
Proven success in consistent sales performance, operating with a high degree of integrity, and influencing customers using virtual tools and resources.
Demonstrated experience working in cross-functional teams, driving business solutions, and engaging with customers across various channels and profiles.
Strong commercial business acumen, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and innovative thinking capabilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop important relationships with key stakeholders.
A valid Driver's License, and the ability to travel up to 10% of the time throughout the nation.

A minimum of 7+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills
You will need to be proficient in:

Power BI and Veeva CRM.
A BA/BS Degree is required, and fluency in English is essential.
