As a CXD Co-Op, you will be part of a dynamic team that drives customer-centric innovation and excellence across our organization. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Experience Design Co-Op, you will support the delivery of best-in-class products, services, and experiences to our global customer and employee bases. Your key responsibilities will include: * Assisting in market and competitor research to inform customer experience design decisions * Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement * Developing and presenting business cases and recommendations to stakeholders * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement customer experience initiatives * Supporting the development of marketing and communication materials * Participating in event planning and execution * Creating and maintaining business cases, presentations, and other materials as needed **CXD Organization Overview** The CXD organization at blithequark is comprised of several areas that work together to deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a CXD Co-Op, you will have the opportunity to support one of the following areas: * The Service Recovery Team: Improves employee and customer experience by enabling frontline staff to deliver premium experiences. * The Onboard Brand Experience Team: Designs, develops, and executes interior product developments for new aircraft deliveries, aircraft modifications, and other customer-facing fleet projects. * The Uniform Brand Experience Team: Manages product design, development, and distribution, as well as marketing campaigns and communications related to uniform initiatives. * The Inflight Entertainment Wi-Fi Team: Leads onboarding, product innovation, and marketing communications for Wi-Fi services. * The Inflight Entertainment Delta Sync Seatback Team: Develops and implements future IFE strategy and product roadmap. **What You Need to Succeed** To be successful in this role, you will need: * To be available for three alternating semesters * To be enrolled in an accredited college or university during program duration * Experience in research analysis, deck building/presentations, project coordination, and communications * Demonstrated organizational skills, including attention to detail and ability to prioritize and pivot for unexpected deliverables or needs * Strong organizational, project management, and verbal/written communication skills * Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel; knowledge of SharePoint site administration and OneDrive experience is preferred * Willingness/ability to adapt quickly and learn new skills * Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data * Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles * Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency * Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States **What Will Give You a Competitive Edge** To stand out in this role, you will need: * Ability to tackle multiple projects at once, adhering to different timelines and working with many cross-functional partners * Ability to develop effective presentations that help tell a story and present an idea/recommendation to leaders in an efficient and effective manner * Desire to learn leadership techniques and best practices in problem-solving and conflict resolution to enable innovation and progress on difficult-to-solve challenges **Additional Best Practices** In this role, you will: * Be able to listen and learn from people with many different perspectives * Be able to handle shifting priorities that come from the business needs * Be high performing and interested in driving for results * Be open to mentoring and learning as a method to grow and improve **Co-op Program Outline** Our co-op program is designed to provide you with a unique and challenging experience.
