About the Role: Part Management Professional (PMP)
We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Part Management Professional (PMP) to become the face of arenaflex at our prestigious Centurion Lounge located at the IAH Airport in Houston. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who excel in client-facing environments and take pride in representing a luxury brand.
As a PMP at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our valued Card Members, serving as a brand ambassador and embodying our commitment to excellence. Working as a cohesive team, you will energize our clients and deliver on our brand promise every single day. Our PMPs are highly skilled and motivated professionals who provide travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services to arenaflex Card Members.
Key Responsibilities
As an integral part of our client experience team, you will:
Welcome and provide access to our Card Members upon their arrival at the lounge, ensuring a warm and memorable first impression
Take ownership and accountability for the client's experience from start to finish, serving as their primary point of contact throughout their visit
Create innovative solutions to resolve clients' issues or concerns, building brand loyalty and turning clients into enthusiastic advocates for arenaflex
Apply our Client-First philosophy in addressing clients' needs and expectations, always prioritizing their satisfaction above all else
Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations, offering personalized suggestions that enhance our Card Members' travel and leisure experiences
Deliver travel advice and assist with reservation bookings, helping clients navigate their travel plans seamlessly
Accommodate the needs of our Card Members by collaborating with our food and beverage lounge partners to ensure exceptional service
Act as an expert consultant, fitting our products and services to help Card Members with their specific needs and extending their relationship with arenaflex
Demonstrate adaptability in an ever-changing environment, remaining resilient under pressure while maintaining composure
Utilize technology platforms efficiently to provide real-time assistance and support to clients
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
A minimum of 1 year of recent experience serving premium clients in a high-end service environment
Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience is required, including hands-on reservation experience
A genuine passion for serving clients with proactive solutions that exceed expectations
Exceptional interpersonal skills that charm and engage clients with every interaction
The ability to listen attentively to clients' needs and provide thoughtful recommendations that result in high satisfaction
The highest level of professionalism with a consistently positive attitude in all interactions
The ability to collaborate effectively with team members in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong decision-making skills to act quickly and effectively when unexpected circumstances arise, always placing the Card Member's experience at the forefront
Tech-savvy capabilities with the ability to navigate multiple technology platforms while providing face-to-face assistance

Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
The ability to perform light to moderate lifting for certain job tasks as required
