The Role: Customer Experience Concierge As a Customer Experience Concierge at blithequark's Centurion Lounge in LAS Airport, you'll be the face of our brand, delivering superior service to our Card Members. You'll work as part of a cohesive team to excite our customers and deliver on our brand promise. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience. Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, creating innovative solutions to resolve issues and concerns. Employ the Customer First philosophy to meet customers' needs and expectations, providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations. Offer travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance, utilizing your knowledge of the travel industry to enhance the customer experience. Partner with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our Card Members. Work collaboratively with colleagues in a fast-paced, team environment to ensure the delivery of exceptional service. Qualifications and Skills: To succeed in this role, you'll need: A minimum of 1 year of recent experience servicing premium customers, preferably in the airline, lounge, or travel industry. A passion for delivering proactive solutions and exceptional communication skills to delight customers. The ability to listen to customers' needs and offer confident recommendations, resulting in high satisfaction. Professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions, with the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively. Resourcefulness and the ability to use the internet effectively in a face-to-face customer environment. Proficiency in multiple technology platforms and the ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Salary and Benefits The expected hourly pay range for this role is $20.00 to $22.12, with opportunities for bonus incentives and comprehensive benefits.
