Online Academic Tutor – All Subjects (Remote)

Whether you're an experienced educator or someone with a strong academic background, this is your opportunity to work 1:1 with students in a supportive and personalized environment. Subjects Tutoring Opportunities: • Mathematics: Tutor students in Basic Math, Pre-Algebra, Algebra I & II, Geometry, Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus, and Calculus I-III. • English Language Arts: Help students improve in Reading Comprehension, Writing Skills, Literature, Public Speaking, and Advanced Placement (AP) English. • Science: Provide instruction in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and AP Science courses. • Social Studies: Assist students with US History, World History, European History, Civics/Government, Economics, and AP Studies courses. • Test Preparation: Prepare students for the PSAT, SAT, ACT, SOLs, GRE, MCAT, and LSAT with focused, strategic tutoring. • College Application Advising: Guide students through the College Essay writing process, College Application procedures, and Interview Preparation. Who We’re Looking For: • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant field. • Experience: 1+ year of recent or current tutoring or teaching experience. • Communication Skills: Clear and effective communicator, able to connect with students of various learning styles. • Reliable Technology: Must have a reliable internet connection and be computer literate. • Commitment: Willingness to commit to at least one semester. • Background Check: Ability to pass a background check.
