Key Responsibilities

Welcome and provide access to our card members upon arrival, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
Take ownership of the customer's experience from start to finish, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a proactive and professional manner
Develop creative solutions to resolve customer complaints and concerns, fostering brand loyalty and advocacy
Utilize the Customer First philosophy to address customer needs and expectations, providing attentive and personalized support
Offer concierge and lifestyle suggestions, travel consultation, and minimal reservation assistance to enhance the customer experience
Collaborate with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our card members, ensuring a exceptional experience


Essential Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in serving premium clients, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
Experience in the airline, lounge, or travel industry is preferred, with reservation experience being a plus
Passion for serving clients with proactive solutions, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and provide personalized support
Ability to listen to customer needs, propose tailored solutions, and deliver high satisfaction with the support provided
