About the Role The Customer Experience team at blithequark is dedicated to delivering exceptional user experiences through process improvement, order management, and proactive problem-solving. As a Customer Experience Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their products quickly and efficiently. When issues arise, you will be the champion of resolving them promptly and professionally, always prioritizing the customer's needs and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Interact with buyers and sellers, embodying a customer-first attitude to foster positive experiences and build trust in our platform. Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to payments, orders, shipments, and general questions in a timely and high-quality manner. Become an expert in blithequark's products, processes, and systems to drive positive outcomes for our users and continuously improve our services. Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot, research, and resolve open questions, ensuring seamless communication and effective problem-solving. Identify opportunities to eliminate repeat contacts and improve the overall customer experience, contributing to the development of more efficient processes and systems. About You We're looking for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, are hungry to learn and grow, and possess a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Your background should include: Essential Qualifications: Availability for overnight shifts from 10pm - 7:00am PST, including weekend availability. 2+ years of experience in support roles, handling email and/or chat services, with a focus on customer-facing interactions. Understanding of ecommerce and marketplace operations, with experience in customer service systems like Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom. A customer-centric approach, with an obsession for delivering the best possible outcomes for our users. Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred, with previous startup experience being a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of collectibles, which would be a valuable asset in our diverse marketplace. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
