As a Customer Engagement Officer, you will play a vital role in enhancing, promoting, and managing the involvement of customers in making decisions about their homes and communities. **The Role** We are currently recruiting for two fixed-term contract roles, with one role due to end on 31st March 2025 and the other no later than April 2025. As a Customer Engagement Officer, you will work with involved customers to help improve our services and use a range of communication tools to engage effectively with wider communities and external partners.
