As a Customer Engagement Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of Disney's customer engagement initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Supporting the implementation of the Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products legal and security review lines
Aiding in the CE Marketing Compliance Legal, Privacy Legal, and Data Management workflow
Assisting in new and renewal contract reviews - MSA, NDA, business, marketing, legal, privacy, pricing, pixels, data use, and security terms for Disney Properties, shopDisney, and Disney Publishing
Conducting third-party data sharing inspections and oversight: crowd segmentation among Disney business units, organization, and external vendors
Collaborating with key stakeholders to review and manage the Customer Engagement unified legal and security line, as well as reporting new monitoring processes
Managing situation/project-specific guidance and recommended policy to ensure compliance status with existing, recently enacted, and emerging security regulations and policies like GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, ITP, and future developments
A Day in the Life of a Customer Engagement Marketing Specialist
In this role, you can expect to learn and participate in the support of the legal and security organization, marketing information compliance, and advertising/technology administration for the company. Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including contract reviews, data sharing inspections, and collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure the success of Disney's customer engagement initiatives.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication Studies, Political Science, Pre-Law, or a related field
Excellent communication skills, including process flows and documentation
Ability to support partners and tasks on an as-needed basis using customer-service skills
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision
Detailed, highly organized skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
