You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive business results and enhance the customer experience. This is a part-time remote opportunity, with a flexible schedule that allows you to work from home and balance your personal and professional responsibilities. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the execution of arenaflex's customer engagement marketing strategies, including the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and programs. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and manage the customer engagement marketing workflow, ensuring consistency and alignment with business objectives. * Aid in the review and management of new and renewal contracts, including MSA, NDA, business, marketing, legal, security, pricing, pixels, data use, and security terms for arenaflex objections, shopDisney, and Disney Distributing. * Conduct external data sharing inspections and oversight, including crowd dividing among arenaflex specialty units, organization, and outside merchants. * Work with key stakeholders to review and manage the Client Commitment unified legal and security line, including reporting new checking processes. * Oversee project-specific direction and prescribed strategy to ensure consistency status with existing, recently authorized, and emerging security guidelines and regulations, such as GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, ITP, and future initiatives. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Political Science, Pre-Law, or related field. * Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with partners and stakeholders. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including process streams and documentation. * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision. * Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on meeting tight time constraints. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in marketing, customer engagement, or a related field. * Knowledge of marketing automation, data analysis, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. * Familiarity with industry regulations and guidelines, such as GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, and ITP. * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment. **Required Training** To be eligible for this part-time remote opportunity, you must be a senior late graduate (within six months of your graduation date) pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Political Science, Pre-Law, or a related field. You must also be enrolled in a certified school/college taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) preceding support in the part-time remote program OR have graduated from a school/college in no less than six months OR currently participating in a Disney School Program or Disney Professional Entry-level position. **Additional Requirements** * Should not have completed one year of continuous work on a Disney part-time remote job or program. * Should have unrestricted work approval. * Should have the ability to maintain a predictable, reliable schedule for work throughout the meeting. * Should have reliable transportation to/from work. **Compensation and Benefits** As a part-time remote employee at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $27/hour.
