Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, evaluate, and adjust team members in a fast-paced contact center environment
Strategically assess, manage, and build high-performing teams
Proactively engage with staff, resolve conflicts, and deliver results to increase partner engagement and achieve optimal performance
Monitor adherence to policies and compliance, assess organizational policies, and take action where required
Develop performance plans to develop and coach team members
Manage time and attendance, schedule adherence, and payroll needs
Train and develop team members to achieve monthly call quality and performance goals
Build a positive and productive team culture, and collaborate with peers on projects
Communicate with clients and senior management as needed
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Ordinary and predictable attendance
Completion of all required training for the role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Solid knowledge of PBM cycles and methodology
Outstanding leadership skills
Proven ability to translate business strategy into directions, plans, and measurable goals
Ability to conduct strategic development with clients and plan members to ensure customer satisfaction
Experience in meeting with other staff to recommend changes to avoid repeat customer complaints
