About the Role As a Customer Care Specialist II at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat contacts. You will provide customers with essential service and product information, process orders, and enter data into our order entry system. Additionally, you will track customer packages and perform other duties as assigned. Your goal will be to consistently deliver customer satisfaction, leveraging your excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency. A Day in the Life Successfully troubleshoot and resolve all customer service inquiries or issues via incoming phone, email, and/or chat contacts. Provide customers with critical service and product information, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Process orders and enter data into our order entry system with accuracy and efficiency. Track customer packages and respond to inquiries regarding order status. Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team. Requirements for Success To excel in this role, you should have: 6+ months of experience within a customer service-focused environment, such as a contact center, retail, hospitality, or food and beverage (preferred). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a high sense of urgency, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively. Understanding of computer systems and the ability to troubleshoot issues with minimal assistance, leveraging your technical skills to resolve customer inquiries. Ability to work a set schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with required overtime as business needs dictate, and flexibility during peak times. A quiet, distraction-free, secure home workspace that meets our technical requirements, including wired, high-speed Internet, a modem or router with an Ethernet port, and the ability to connect directly without relying on satellite Internet or Wi-Fi. The ability to work your entire shift using a computer while stationed at a desk, wearing a headset, and turning on the camera when requested by leadership, ensuring a professional and secure work environment.
