Our team is passionate about delivering high-quality results and making a positive impact in our community. **Responsibilities:** As an Office Clerk/Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for the following key duties and responsibilities: * **Data Entry:** Enter daily work orders into systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. * **Report Compilation:** Assemble and reconcile reports, utilizing industry software and Microsoft Office applications. * **Clerical Duties:** Perform filing, copying, faxing, and other office tasks as assigned. * **Communication:** Maintain excellent communication with various departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and information exchange. * **Other Duties:** Perform other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the team. **Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: * **Organizational and Prioritization Skills:** Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. * **Attention to Detail and Accuracy:** High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and report compilation. * **Data Entry Experience:** 1 year of data entry experience, with typing speed of at least 40 wpm. * **Office Clerk Experience:** 1 year of office clerk experience, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * **Microsoft Office Applications:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word. * **Industry Software:** Familiarity with industry software and ability to learn new systems quickly. * **Physical Demands:** Ability to organize office systems, use a computer and related devices, and perform tasks that require bending, stooping, or sitting for long periods. **Preferred Qualifications:** * **Microsoft Excel Experience:** 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel, with advanced skills in data analysis and reporting. * **Recycling Experience:** Experience in recycling or sustainability initiatives, with a passion for environmental responsibility. **Work Environment and Culture:** As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from home and enjoy a comfortable and productive work environment.
