* Meet or exceed targets for First Call Resolution (FCR), Quality, and Customer Satisfaction
* Flexibility to adapt to real-time support needs, including prioritizing chat or phone conversations
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer experiences
* Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate and informed support
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

**Essential Qualifications**

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer support environment
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools

**Preferred Qualifications**
