Today, we're a leading provider of cloud-based solutions for work execution, and we're dedicated to helping organizations achieve their goals through innovative technology and exceptional customer service. **Job Summary** As a Customer Care Specialist, FinOps, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
