Role Overview As a Customer Care Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in supporting employees of our client companies by providing solutions for their child care needs. You will handle inbound calls or place outbound calls to internal networks, ensuring that employees can continue their workday without disruption. This is an exciting opportunity for an entry-level candidate to join our team and develop their skills in customer service, problem-solving, and communication. Key Responsibilities Assist employees in finding alternative child care solutions when their regular providers are unavailable. Document phone conversations accurately and communicate effectively with team members. Utilize Dynamics CRM for internal notes and communication. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve customer satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring continuous improvement in customer service delivery. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1-year experience in customer service, help-desk, and/or call center. Proficiency in basic Microsoft Outlook and computer skills. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a positive experience for clients. Work Environment As a Customer Care Specialist at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. Initially, you will work on-site in our new Broomfield office, with the option to transition to a remote work arrangement after 30 days. This flexibility allows you to balance your work and personal life while still being part of a collaborative team. Pay and Benefits We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18.75, with opportunities for growth and advancement.
