**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Care Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

* Serving as the product expert for current and future EV lineups and associated services
* Assisting customers through chat, phone, and email regarding products, reservations, dealership interactions, and service issues
* Ensuring comprehensive resolution of customer inquiries, enhancing their EV buying and ownership experience
* Continuously improving customer satisfaction by leveraging strategic insights and providing tailored solutions
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* 1-2 years of experience in call center environments (REQUIRED)
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage diverse customer interactions
* Proficiency with computer systems, including navigation and typing
* Experience or interest in electric vehicles and technology preferred
* Strategic thinking with the ability to process customer feedback and improve service strategies
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Previous experience in the automotive industry or related field
* Knowledge of electric vehicles and their features
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Certification in customer service or a related field

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
