With a high-speed data connection of 1000 Mbps, you'll have seamless access to our systems and tools. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer support through online platforms, including social media, email, and live chat * Acting as a professional resource for customers, offering consultative approaches to educate them about our products and services * Utilizing open-end questions to troubleshoot technical equipment and provide effective support in correcting issues * Building trusted relationships with customers by providing accurate and timely information, as well as handling data entry efficiently * Meeting performance goals and metrics to achieve an improved customer experience * Writing clear and concise communication that adheres to our company tone and brand standards * Collaborating with our teams to stay accountable and adapt to changing business needs **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) * Previous customer service experience, preferably in a sales or technical environment * Working knowledge of Zendesk or similar platforms * Excellent communication skills, both oral and written * Proficient grammar and typing skills * Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs and Outlook * Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment * Willingness to exercise good judgment and meet set performance metrics and goals **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, previous sales and technical experience is a plus.
